Touchstone Pilates is a fully equipped, state of the art Pilates studio offering private, semi-private and small group lessons. We offer the highest quality Pilates instruction available based upon the system of exercises and philosophies originally developed by Joseph Pilates; what is today called TRUE PILATES.

At Touchstone Pilates you will receive individual attention by Lisa Pellow, a ROMANA'S PILATES® Certified Instructor who understands how to tailor a workout specific to your body and capabilities in an atmosphere defined by energy and professionalism.

All instructors are trained as ROMANA'S PILATES® Certified Instructors by Joseph Pilates' world renowned protégé Romana Kryzanowska and her daughter, Master Instructor Sari Mejia Santo.
