Calling all Senores & Senoras! Mexican flavors with Chef Nick for a fun night out!
Event Details
Join us for an evening of Mexican flavors with Chef Nick to celebrate Cinco de Mayo! We'll be talking about the food, the history, the culture and the methods over dinner.
Here's what we're eating:
Pico Di Gallo & Mole
Sopa Caldo Azteca (tortilla soup)
Carne Adobada Tacos
Ceviche
Taco Al Pastor
Camarones a la Diabla (deviled shrimp)
Elotes Callejeros (street corn)
Frijoles Refritos
Gorditas De Nata (mini cream pancakes)
We will also be making Cantaritos (Tequila Drink) to enjoy with dinner.
BYOB if you’d like something other than what Chef sampling
This class is a chef’s dinner, so Chef Nick will do the cooking, you do the eating. Enjoy this up close and personal dinner with our Chef! Please let us know if you would like to be seated with guests under a different name.
